I am currently in my final year at Oxford Brookes University, studying for a BA(Hons) in Marketing and Events.
I have gained industry experience across both marketing & events fields, enabling me to develop a versatile skill set.
I am a final-year Marketing and Events Management student with a strong ambition to build a career within the events sector, with particular interest in motorsport and luxury events. My enthusiasm for this industry stems from its dynamic, fast-paced nature and furthermore the opportunity it offers to work closely with a range of stakeholders and clients. I am motivated by the challenge of delivering memorable experiences in settings where precision, creativity, teamwork and high-quality service are essential.
Through my academic studies and practical experience, I have developed key transferable skills that are highly valued by employers across the events sector. These include strong communication abilities, organisational skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities, competencies consistently highlighted in industry research as essential for managing event operations and responding proactively to unforeseen challenges. My experience within the sector has reinforced the importance of these skills in maintaining professionalism, ensuring successful event delivery and moreover supporting the high standards expected within motorsport and luxury event environments.
Bradley Dyer Raw (BDR) is an independent marketing and advertising agency. During my time there as a Marketing & Events Executive, I worked collaboratively across traditional and digital marketing, as well as experiential campaigns, for clients including Disneyland Paris and Savills.
Rugby All-Stars is a national rugby and sports coaching company dedicated to providing children with meaningful opportunities to participate in sport. As Head of Marketing, I oversee the brand’s marketing strategy and communications, supporting the growth and visibility of its programmes across the country.
Focused Events is a leading motorcycle track-day events organisation. During my time with the company, I worked at events throughout the UK and Europe, supporting client-facing operations, event coordination, and insurance management.
Combining my current knowledge and practical experience, I established my own freelance Marketing and Events consultancy, where I support a select portfolio of valued clients whose trust and partnership I greatly appreciate. JD Event Marketing offers a comprehensive range of services, including full brand creation, website design, event organisation, and event photography.
For Charles Brady Limited, I led the development of a complete brand identity, including logo design, brand guideline creation, social media set-up and launch, and the production of traditional marketing materials such as flyers and stationery. I also designed, built and wrote copy for the company website, ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

As Head of Marketing for Rugby All-Stars, I designed and implemented a social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement and driving bookings. This role included professional content capture, the creation of multi-format campaigns, and the development of comprehensive brand guidelines to guide consistent communication across the organisation.
Within my role at Bradley Dyer Raw (BDR),
I supported the shoot day for Berkeley Homes’ Hartland Village development.
My responsibilities included pre-shoot organisation, client-facing communication and participation in the shoot to help showcase the development’s key features.
In a separate project at BDR, I contributed to the experiential activation for the Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary. I assisted in organising this multi-element event, which involved coordinating with the venue, supporting client interactions and helping to plan the central ‘Magic Door Experience’ element of the activation.
For Chinnor RFC, I produced a suite of digital assets for match-day coverage during the Championship Rugby season. This included branded graphics, video content, animated elements and interactive posts for use across Instagram and other social media platforms, ensuring all outputs reflected the club’s established brand identity and tone of voice.
At Focused Events, I supported the management of international Motorrad events, including BMW dealership tours in Ireland and Portugal. My responsibilities ranged from operational planning and client support to insurance and safety administration, as well as maintaining strong professional relationships with BMW Motorrad dealers to ensure successful event delivery.
